The following is one of Putz- Technik `s external plastering solutions for autoclaved aerated concrete Systems, block walls, Panels such as Ytong and Hebel AAC.
The surface of the AAC blockwall and Panels should be cleaned and free of dust . Apply Putz -Technik Plaster PT 350 3-4 mm thick on the wall . Allow plaster to dry before applying the second Coat , (usually the next day ). Apply 3-4 mm of PT 350 as the second coat. Embed alkali resistant Fibreglass mesh in the second Coat , with additional fibreglass strips in high stress areas such as window corners.
Allow the second coat plaster to dry before applying (usually the next day ) a finishing plaster such as PT 101,PT 100 or PT 102.
When PT 350 is applied on AAC blockwall , control joints are not required for the plaster.
For thin coat application ,usually the case when applying by hand, PT350 is appropriate plaster to use as it has hydrophobic additives which will minimize water suction by the AAC System.
Putztechnik strictly recommends that only our breathable mineral paint be applied with this system.
PT 350 is manufactured using selected aggregates, cement and mineral additives. Sand particle size range is 0—1.0mm.
PT 350 has a high water vapour permeability (breathing activity). Where a re resistance rating is required please contact Putz-technik.

Storage
PT 350 is packaged in 25kg paper bags, with 40 bags (1 tonne) per pallet.
PT 350 can be stored in a dry place for up to 6 months.
Quality Control
PT 350 is quality controlled at point of manufacture and tested by independent
laboratories.

Important
Do not under any circumstances add foreign substances other than clean water to
premixed mineral plasters.
Do not add further water to PT 350/water mixture later than two hours after original
mixing time.
